I bought a panel of 28 dog faces & there are 14 different ones.I can't decide which colour to do the scallops in ,what do you like the best , blue or grey?The scallop coasters are from Kreative Kiwi

I personally like the grey as it makes the dog stand out. With the blue the scallop hits me in the eye. Love Chris

I think the panels are prints, the scallops are embroidered ( ITH to make the coasters).

I like the blue because it makes the doggy faces pop out more. It also helps differentiate each breed so my eye focuses on each dog. For me, the grey sort of merges into the dogs that have grey or black fur instead of framing them. Either way would work well.

I like both but I personally am not fond of blue but I like the way it makes the dog stand out. The grey is nice but blends in.
Have you thought of trying black for the scallop as they all have some black which might work to make the dog stand out but blend in too?

You could try a grey that has blue undertones and get the best of both.
