I think you started at the top of the dress and the sweaters? I like to do that, but find it not easy to work how how many stitches to cast on for the front and back and for the sleeves. Do you have a secret formula, like 3:2 for back : sleeve? I use the measurements for torso and upper arm and then calculate how many stitches to start with. Lots of arithmetic to get the number I need for the neck :)
