Electronics help please. I download from my ipad and iphone daily to my Dropbox. My phone suddenly started changing the name of the files. For example gingerbread font-g.pes would be File Nov 11, 1 26 37 pm. I can change the name of the file once I get it to my computer or Dropbox but that is highly inconvenient and I won't remember what everything is. My ipad is still saving the correct file name. Any idea as to what happened on the phone and how to fix it please?

I will add more options as I have time. Let me know if any of them work. I don't use iPhone, so I can only guess what might work.

I saw that one too but it's talking about very old ios updates. My phone has all the latest updates and as far as I can tell an update didn't happen between the time it was fine and the time it changed the name.
I'm thinking there might be a setting that can be fixed?

I can't help for sure but know if anyone can it will be rescuer below. I took my USB stick with me on the trip, thinking I could save my files that way. Pc was different than my home pc so dumb me, could not find how the way to do it. So I opened a Dropbox account and thought I saved it there. Who knows. I didn't get time to do anymore when my niece had to leave suddenly so when I got home, my email from Dropbox wanted me to click on to activate account. Oh well, I can live with missing out because I cannot understand electronic. I guess you can't teach this old dog new tricks!
