Finished my dog quilt . It is so big that I have not a wall to hang it on. Overall I am very pleased with it and enjoyed making it. There is a lot of freehand embroidery on it and it made me realise that I could do with some lessons in that technique. Guess what.... there is a two day course quite close by so that is my birthday present decided. Booked it an will do it end of January.

Love it! It is impossible to see the stitching, however I love the bush with the pink flowers. did you hand stitch this?

No all machine stitched, even the pink flowers on the bushes is appliqué.

This is just superb Angelique. I love the dogs barking at the Squirrel up the tree and the dogs on the roundabout thing. The look on the face of the St. Bernard on the seesaw with the other wee puppies on the other end, is priceless. The shadows under the dogs leaping in the park top right, the leash at the bottom - the leaves, etc. etc. etc. You've put so much thought and effort into this quilt. I hope you are getting to keep this one. Love Chris

It is too big to keep. So I hope to sell it and start a new one.

This is a magnificent quilt! Your applique is impeccable and stitches are invisable to me. This is a lovely piece of art! I'm thinking of it as a "company" or "top" quilt like they used to put on the top of the bed over the quilts one actually sleeps with. After all this work you may just want to keep it!

This is beautiful! Your work is amazing. Looks like it should be displayed at a quilt convention.
