That is one fancy Pot Holder. He will love it.
I can see why his wife lets him cook. Here a lot of people cook Kangaroo well it is an art to cook it just right. I have tried a couple of times and it ended up like old Boots. I am guessing Venison could be tricky as well.

Yep and they leave in soaking over night in a bath of ?????then it cooks tender
