Many days ago, I asked for suggestions for using embroidery on cork fabric. Wow, this fabric feels so good! And it embroiders beautifully! I ended up making angel ornaments and some lip balm holders and still have a lot left to play with. Thanks!

My first ornament made with cork. I did see a hand sanitizer holder made with a black monogram design embroidered on a very pretty blue cork fabric and it made me want to try that design! And I don't even like "things" hanging off my purse!

This is gorgeous, I've actually got that little Angel for real with the wire wings sitting on my front TV cupboard! Love Chris

Here's a photo of the blue cork fabric and the font (Called Fishtail font). I copied this photo from a web site so I don't know where the fabric comes from. I just like the color and wanted to share it.

Thanks. Living with chronic migraine limits my sewing, but this was so fun and easy. I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I am not a fan of sewing on vinyl, but cork was so easy.

I found the cork fabric on a roll with the upholstery fabric at Hobby Lobby.
