This is what I will be doing the next few days.......my motor cycle guys are going on a road trip next month and I have 10 of these to do.......It has 83,000 stitches in it and takes 1 1/2 hours to stitch......

No, these are not patches, they are stitched directly on the garment.....

They sure asked the right lady to do this for them! I'm sure you'll have your machine running day and night...and will be happy when you are done. I admire you for taking on projects that require a lot of time and special digitizing. This is a fantastic design with that road going down the center. They'll love them.
