Very bright and cheerful! Never too soon to teach a baby French. I'm not sure that I am seeing this right. The top part ties around the neck, and the sides tie around the waist? That's a great idea if I have this right.

Thanks, the little ties you see around the sides are armholes which prevent the babies from pulling them off. Moms love these.
