Hi Everyone!!
I am going in on Tuesday morning to the hospital to have my Port taken out... Another step closer to my new normal. I am a tiny bit nervous but I will do fine. I have been through so much already this past year.

I like that... new normal. It is incredible how we all have them and the time to adjust is just as dramatic as the life changing event. I believe you are in a good place and this new normal will look good on you. Best wishes!

I'm so excited to say good bye to all of the treatments and appointments of the past year. I'm looking forward to stepping out into the new normal with my friend and my sister. I'm still doing the Happy Dance.

I am so glad for you Suzanne. You are a survivor and I applaud you. I am a little jealous(lol) My oncologists still will not release me so I am still in the battle. Much love and as my Grands like to say " May the Force be with you(whatever that means) lol. God Bless

The port provides a semi-permanent place for IV needles, so she doesn't wear out her skin taking treatments. She's through, so good-bye!
