Hi everyone

I got my port taken out on Tuesday... Went well but took longer because I had a student the doctor was teaching. SIGH.... I am sore with pretty colors of blue and purple but not bad... I go back in two weeks for sutures.
Nice to have my neck and chest back to my new normal. I still have a heart echo to complete and several appointments to see several doctors.

Thank you for all your support and prayers.
Suzanne

Happy dance with you! It will be delightful to not see the bump in your neck from the port the next time I see you. Yet another step closer to what will be your new normal for the rest of your life. I celebrate with you.

Some other doctor taught your doctor how to do it well, too. So glad you're back to your old, I mean new, self.
