Does anyone buy webbing by bulk(100 yards)? I'm looking for 1-1/2" and 3/4" in black. Can't be for crafts, needs to have strength for pulling under water. I have looked on internet for 2 days, not happy with the websites I found. Thanks

Its straps on a nylon bag that they pull behind a boat in water to slow the boat down.Fishing thing!
