nothing to do with embroidery, though i do that as well. I wondered if anyone knows where i can get a knitting wool conversion chart from as i have a lot of patterns i would like to knit but not

Hope U found your conversion chart crowe. You should be able to find one on the computer. I think what you r wanting is what yarn will replace another n the pattern. Am I right. I've done a lot of knitting n my younger days but had rather crochet than knit cause I do that faster. I have had conversion tables n the past but have no idea what I did with them. My mom was a big knitter & I've probably got around 100 prs of all kinds of needles. *4U

yes i want to use an alternative like d.k. instead of merino, linet, 4ply etc
