This is my next project for a local motorcycle crew.....I need to do 30 and so far I have 12 done.....I am able to do 4 of them at a time in my 10x10 hoop......I am using my black cutaway stabilizer to stitch on as this does not crinkle like fabric and it looks so much better.......will get them all stitched out then cut them apart and put the patch backing on them...........

Interesting that you are stitching only on black stabilizer and it shows in the background... nice job on the digitizing.

I have 2 layers of white stabilizer behind the black...I love that there is no puckering...….

Yes, I can see the white speckles through the black...as long as they don't mind the look of stabilizer over fabric...that's good.

He sure doesn't.....he has already seen a sample....without the camera flash you came see the white speckles...

That's great...So much easier than fabric!

interesting work, if you sew on the back . . . . or you use something to iron on?

They have someone to stitch it on their jackets/vests...I iron on the patch backing which gives the patches body...

Somebody did a beautiful design job for them before you did your design job and stitch. What a great look!
