I would like some advices for an easier quilting.
All blocks were saw by hand but I have won these .

Easiest (and sometimes best) quilting is stitch in the ditch. Then you could do a crosshatch in the blank places.

Love all the colors. If you are not a hand quilter, then I would do as Jerrilyn suggested. I love the Amish designs.
