Good bye, our little Satie Sue.....she crossed over the rainbow today with some help from our vet.......she got bad really quick in the past couple of days.......once again, we are heartbroken.....love you Satie!

Vickie, this is not the news I expected when I woke up this morning. Words can never fill the holes in your heart or ease the grief for you. But I can't help but smile remembering the fun pictures and the heart warming stories of Satie Sue and her siblings. Oh Vicki, I'm so sorry for your loss. It is so much harder on us when we have litter mates, just for this reason, losing one before we've fully grieved for the previous one, but it is much easier on them. My kitties who are years apart in age seem so lost when their companion disappears from their life. As others have said, now she is with her siblings.

Yes she is......all our others are 6-9 yrs old, but have a cluster of 6 yr olds and hope this doesn't repeat in years to come....
