were all sleeping or was there no E,F. would it be to much to ask if we numbers that they start with 1. i missed the first 0, thinking it was aO repeat. thanks so much for all the lovely designs, that we all enjoy.

Trust me, you didn't miss them, they were never posted. At this point, the only way to get them is to buy them - however, they may be posted at some time, but they haven't been so far so don't feel that you messed up . . . you didn't!
