Cross body bag made for six-year old granddaughter, Vivian. She picked out the gold colored vinyl and the mermaid scale vinyl. (I must add, this material is not what I would have picked out for her - but, I did ask her which vinyl she wanted!!). Oh, and she loved the charms, I added. About 1/2 the purse strap had to be shorted - but she loves it. It isn't perfect - but, 6 year olds are not very fussy!! Thanks for looking! Laura

She dearly loves my threads, fat quarters, material and designs - she and her sweet family will be moving 3 hours away soon - so, I find it hard to resist her requests. Viv will definitely be into sewing and embroidery one day! Thanks Kim!!!

LOL. They are not fussy but boy they know exactly what they want. Love it Laura, my 8 year old Great always wants the last word about the fabric I am going to use for her dress. She is quick to say "I don't like that, let's find something else" Sometimes I think she has better taste than I do.

That's gorgeous Laura and looks so professional, but I wouldn't expect anything less from you. Vivian will love it. So glad they are moving closer to you. 3 hours is nothing in travelling, especially here in Australia. I travel over 2 hours to go visit my best friend down south. Love Chris

Turns out Chris - they have always lived close to us and are moving to another town (about 3 hours away). But, you're right - we will visit. They will have a guest bedroom and so do we.. Thank you for the kind words - I did have fun making it for Viv - She loved it!!! Hugs, Laura
