Sewing Machine Covers
Decided it was about time I made something to cover them with instead of a sheet folded up.
Didn't have a pattern so made it up as I went. Still have to put a binding on the bottom of them.
Just couldn't resist these sayings. It makes me smile when I read them.
Thanks for looking

Thank you. The first one reminded me of that song in Big Bang called Soft Kitty.

I can identify with these! This is a good idea. I could get the plastic sheets off mine.
Did you use pre-quilted fabric, or do the cross hatching on your machine?

I was lucky enough to be in a store a few years ago that decided not to keep fabric anymore and got the pre quilted Calico on a roll of 10 metres for $10.
My grown up Son was with me and when I said I'm having 2 of these he said what are you going to do with it?
My answer was no idea but it is a bargain. Sounds a bit like the first saying don't you think?

Love the sayings, especially the second one.
I really need to make a couple of these, my machines have either a hard cover or an old teatowel.

Thank you. Funny how we never seem to have time to sew for ourselves.
Not funny, just plain truth. We ourselves are always the last on our list of to dos.

Love the top one. It's a play on the song Sheldon on "The Big Bang Theory" sings about Soft Kitty.
