I want to monogram a towel set for a wedding gift. I have a question. There will be 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. Is it best to use the letter of their last name for all or would you use the letter of the first names on each washcloth, hand towel, bath towel set? I'm sure it can be done either way but what is the more preferred way?

I would do a 3 letter monogram on the towels and hand towels and the initial of their last name on the washcloths....

I would also reduce the letters according to towel.

I have always used the first initial of their last name. I do like the 3 letter monogram.
