No, it's vinyl. Our bus driver, Tracy, gave me a large piece and that's why they are all the same brown.

If you have fabric to make 2 more plain ones, say is any of the gentlemen ( i presume there are men on the tour) have a flower and prefer simple/plain you will exchange it for them. ;-) just a thought
