Tomorrow is the 4th. anniversary of the day I adopted my wonderful pekingese from Pug Rescue.
Although not a pug they do take in a few other strays as well.
It is known as Gotcha Day. Happy Gotcha Day my boy and thank you for being such a super little fella.

I can not believe that this adoption is already 4 years ago. He looks great and I am sure is a wonderful companion. Love that face

I actually thought it was 3 years until I found his papers. He is having a hair cut on Wednesday

My first dog was a pekingese and was a fabulous companion! It is wonderful that people rescue dogs and I admire them for doing so.

If I had my life again, I would never buy a puppy and I have been guilty in the past of buying puppies. My pekingese before was also a rescue. There is something so special about adopting.

He is so cute. It is almost time for my family to adopt, I am just not sure what breed. I would like small and quiet except for when someone is at the door.
