I picked up my Husqvarna Diamond on Thursday. The bobbin winder is winding perfectly now.It would have been done the week before but seeing I was going up to Newcastle the following week,I decided to drop it off then even though I knew Marteen was going to be at the craft show for 4 days

He showed me the $20 part which had to be replaced.A large plastic piece the size of the machines screen with all sorts of cutouts which everything was attached to it.The problem was, where a screw was screwed in,on my machine the plastic screw hole was thicker than on the part he had. Therefore the screw was loose.
I asked if he had seen this before, his answer was only once.We never seem to have problems that are easily solved.

I could still wind bobbins but had to use my finger to guide the thread ,so it wound evenly.Husqvarna bobbins are different to other bobbins.
