I have just bought a Brother Innovis 1200 and it is version 1.00 I want to upgrade the drivers but the Icon using the USB cable does not have the icon Removable Disk and it does not recognize the machine. What can I do?

Hi Sue and welcome to Cute Embroidery. First of all I'd suggest you write to Brother in your State and ask for some help. If you have bought it privately you may have some issues.
