Getting caught up with everyone. It is still a whirlwind around here. Last week, my niece that is living with us was in the hospital and ICU last week for atypical asthma. It was quite the struggle to get her treated as she does not present with the "normal" asthma symptoms so everyone was slow to treat or not treat effectively. Her mother had the same thing. Her symptoms were downplayed to the point that she had irreversible lung damage and died from it. I did not want that to happen to my niece. We also heard from my oldest daughter that she was expecting her second child - her first is only six months old!. But today she called and had told us she had a miscarriage. She is doing ok, but sad. Am now off to church for trunk or treat! Thanks cuties for keeping me sane!

What is the saying? When it rains it pours? You sure had a lot on your plate lately. I can only pray that things will calm down for you. I am glad you come here when you have a moment. You will always find a caring ear to unload to. Makes a person feel as if ones load has become lighter.

Cuties are the most caring loving people that I have had the pleasure to meet - if only through the internet. You can always depend on encouragement, helpfulness, and compassion.

Wow, that is a lot to deal with emotionally, all at once. So sorry for your daughter's loss and hopefully in the future she will again have the opportunity to have that second child.

It certainly isn't dull around here! Sometimes I wonder if we are living a soap opera. ha ha. I have had to cut down on my embroidery a bit :(

I don't know what I would do if it weren't for cuties caring. And Faith is what gets us through everything. Thank you.
