Just talked to doc's nurse......next nosebleed I am to soak cotton balls in Afrin and pack my nose with it for 12 hours. If it starts bleeding again after 12 hours, go to ER. He wants to see me Monday if this continues......This sets me back a week......so now it'll be another week before I can bend over and he suggests I sleep in recliner at least a couple nights after last nosebleed......he says this type post op bleeding happens in less than 1% of patients......Thanks for all your support, love and caring!

Its ok, your health is more important then stuff. Things take time to heal. Yes this is a busy time but it will get done.Listen to mother time, been there done that, Just relax and heal. God Bless! Sandy

You are staying in my prayers and I hope you heal fast. One more thing. When you remove the packing after the 12 hours (should the bleeding happen again) please take it out very very gently.
I know you are upset about the set back, but if you do not abide by orders your set back may become a lot bigger. Sorry that you belong to the 1%.

More positive thoughts from the UK. I don't think that women take too well to sitting back and doing nothing and we think were OK and off we go again. So take care, sit down and cuddle a cat or two and try relaxing

Oh, Christine......last night was unbearable....I usually don't do too badly, but I had 3 kitties piled on me then I got restless legs.....didn't sleep much, but will push through the day.......

Thanks, Chris.....had a bad night last night but I think my mind won't shut down right now and then got restless legs and woke up with a splitting headache.........will forge through the day........

Good you got to talk to the doctor. Prayers are still coming your way. Maybe God is telling you to slow down a bit to heal... Pease rest and take care of you for a change. We tend to forget to do this. I know I do.

If you go to the hospital, will they give you a vitamin K shot? I had a bloody nose so bad that they cartorized it and gave me a vitamin k shot.
