Do any of you sweet Cuties remember my oldest son, Alex and his beautiful Aussie wife, Alira, adopting Henry back 4 years ago. Well, guess what - they are pregnant!! Truly!! They decided to try IVF one more time - and it worked. We will have a new Granddaughter next year about late May. This news came just about the same time that they found out they are moving from DC to Belgium. Alex will be working for NATO. Henry will be in a French speaking pre-kindergarten. Our whole family is thrilled. Thanks for letting me share our wondereful news! Hugs, Laura

What lovely news for all of you. Sounds like a lot of change at once - exciting. Alex will pick French up very quickly, small children assimilate a second/ third language very quickly. All my grandchildren are bi lingual in English and Welsh and I know many children locally who are tri lingual.

This is brilliant news Laura. I'm so happy for you, Alex, Alira and of course Henry. What a miracle! My best friend's daughters had IVF and fortunately both girls fell pregnant and now both have 2 boys each. I am so glad that Alex and Alira will have one of each sex.
Get your machine ready and on the go for lots of 'girlie' things in the future.
I do hope they all settle well into Belgium. Very fortunate to be able to speak a few languages. God bless them all, love Chris

What wonderful news! Has it really been 4 years since you announced that precious Henry? I know you must be over the moon. I can't wait to see new baby pictures. Henry will pick up French quickly. I hope his mom and dad do too. :)

It is hard to believe it could be 4 years since Henry became ours forever. To see my daughter-in-law and son so excited - it is a thrill. They are such good parents and it will be wonderful for Henry to have a baby sister!! Thank you, Jerrilyn!! Hugs!
