Placemat for Santa so he can have a drink and rest awhile.
I wanted to test out the Vinyl Glitter Flex I bought at the craft show back in October.
I didn't get Red so bought that from a fabric store and very disappointed in that product went all wrinkley. The White was lovely to use. Just shows you get what you pay for. Trouble is here in Australia not a great choice unless you shop online and I didn't have time for that.
Santa's are applique done on embroidery machine.

Hi Barab, aha, now I know where you got your Glitter flex. Which show did you go to Barb? Was it at the Adelaide showground? I haven't been to the Sydney show for a few years and Meg is chafing at the bit to go down to one. I think they hold theirs mid year sometime! The design looks great by the way. Love Chris

Darling Harbour, Halls 5 & 6 - Wednesday - Sunday 17th - 21st June 9am to 4.30pm
And the Sewing Stitching and Handcraft Show is on the 2nd - 4th July 2020, 10.00am - 5.00pm at the Adelaide Showground, Adelaide, Australia
