We have 4 children (plus spouses and 2 almost fiances) and two Grandchildren. Doesn't seem that long ago that it was just two of us - next year, it will be 13 of us. Without a doubt - we are blessed!! We love our fireplace. Living in Michigan, we need it! It was 17 degrees Fahrenheit the other day! Merry Christmas, Chris to you and yours!! Hugs, Laura

Yep. You need a bigger fireplace! That Santa and sleigh really top it off beautifully! It's wonderful that you are able to get your family all together and to enjoy each other at least once a year. I can't quite make out what that decoration on the bottom left is. Maybe glass blocks?

LOL, you are right - we do need a bigger fireplace! We have had that Santa and sleigh for years (one of Santa's boots needs gluing)!! Don't know if you can make it out - but, we have Elf riding the front reindeer. The bottom front left things are 3 red Christmas gift boxes made with some kind of thin material with lots of lights inside - they are electrically corded together but fit inside of one another for storage. Merry Christmas!!!
Oh yes! I saw that cute elf! Thanks for the additional info. They were selling glass blocks with Christmas lights and stuff around here a few years ago, but I haven't seen them in a while. They, too, were gorgeous.
