Apologies but have another question IF someone can assist with an answer please!
Does anyone know WHY Advanced Embroidery Designs states that that they email the free monthly design to your email address automatically - that appears once you typed it in to download the free design - YET I have NEVER automatically received the monthly design EVER!!
I have emailed them on NUMEROUS occasions about this BUT have until today NEVER received a response as I missed the September design and enquired about the above!!
WHY state something if NOT true!! OR is this only happening to me??? :-(

You are not the only one.. I also do not receive the monthly designs despite being on their email list.

In order to comply with the internet rules, many websites require you update your desire to receive emails -- often. In this case, (I asked a while back) you must go to the website and enter your information, including your current email, before your design will be sent to you. Once you enter your email, then they send the design.

I do receive the email when I enter my email BUT not the "already subscriber will be sent" one!!

They are not explaining it very well, but they mean you must enter your email address to get a free design. Many websites get in trouble for Spamming. The internet rules changed and now websites are doing things like this (or placing tracking code in the emails) to stay in the clear of any spamming.

I went to the website again and this is what it states :
If you are already a subscriber, your free design will be sent to your e-mail anyway.
I know that the design is Free BUT why state this on their web page???

They mean you might as well enter your email here as under different circumstances, they would have your email and mail it to you. They require you enter your email every single time you want a free design. They don't word it well or explain it on the page. That is the reason I looked into it.

You are not the only one. There seems to be nothing automatic about the monthly free design. You have to go to the site each month and sign up again in order to receive it.
