I wanted to show our family's Thanksgiving craft we did in Frankenmuth, Michigan. We gather together from all over the country now. And what a fun group we are! Everyone participates in a craft we use as our Thanksgiving centerpiece. This year we painted ornaments. Funny, the guys all say they aren't very artistic - but, theirs were some of the best!! (Photos 3 and 4 are from some of our other past Thanksgiving crafts.) We've been doing this for about 8 years. Thanks for looking! Hugs, Laura

Oldest son and his family are soon to move to Belgium. I worry that we won't be able to be together this year! Thank you!, Laura

I can just imagine how much fun your family must be having while crafting. Would you consider adopting me?

There is a lot of laughing and cutting up going on - but, they all ask me if I've come up with a surprise craft for Thanksgiving - so, they can't fool me - they like to do it!! Sure, join us any Thanksgiving - we are usually in Frankenmuth, Michigan!!! We'd love to have you!!! Thanks! Laura

Thanks, I think they are pretty talented too!! They just don't realize they can draw (or paint)! We are blessed to have kids who are so happy to see each other - they come to our Thanksgiving get-together ready to visit, laugh, and play! Thank you!! Laura

They look great, Laura...did you buy the wooden ornaments or cut the rounds from wood?

I purchased the wooden ornaments from Amazon. They came with the cording. We used acrylic pens for the painting. Everyone really got into it. Will have to do this craft another time in the future. Thanks!!!
