Last year I digitised and embroidered a towel for my help's elder son when he passed his swimming test. I digitised one for his younger brother too. So when I heard he passed his test this weekend I only had to stitch it out, being sure there would not be any "my towel is nicer/bigger/more colourful than yours.
Guess what, my help came this morning and told me Alex had already been complaining that nobody gave him anything... :)

Did one for my granddaughter a couple of years ago so I only had to add new names.
The sport symbols are easy to digitise, did runners and korfbal (popular in Belgium and the Netherlands) as well. Make quick gifts.
