It's not so much about the color as it is that the design looks better on a solid. Just my opinlon.

I prefer the black on red. I didn't understand the design on the white fabric until I saw the black on red fabric. I think that the problem is due to the red triangles on the white fabric. If you try stitching the design onto a solid white it would be better.

Well, it really took me some time to focus on the silhouette and saw it on the red and black so I guess that is my choice. It is like the puzzle of seeing the word 'Jesus' from years ago. Love it.

I think the red with black is the overall winner. Both look great though.
