This is for a Mini Quilt Challenge for my quilt guild...largest it could be is 30" x 30" and had to represent a Blossoms theme...I decided on ITH quilt blocks and digitized the floral motif to comply with the Blossoms requirement. The blocks are 14.5" x 14.5" and I digitized the blocks to be quilted through all three layers as Quilt-As-You-Go blocks. I named the quilt "Spring Blossoms." The background fabric is a tone-on-tone ecru and it is quilted with a dark ecru embroidery thread. The back fabric is the same as the sashing, a peach, blue and green tone batik that I had left over from another quilt. The blocks were joined on my sewing machine...I am quite happy with the results. I plan to use it as a table topper...Should be interesting to see how well it does in the mini-quilt challenge...Thanks for looking, Cuties!
