Thanks Toogie, I know I have a lot more behind me than ahead, but, that's ok, I've had a wonderful 36 years with my late husband. I have learned to look for the blessings and not dwell on things I can't change. I am thankful for groups like this one with so many caring people. Thanks for all the interesting things you share. Happy birthday. Feb 29th birthdays are very special as apart from the day of birth you celebrate two ages on the day. The calendar age and the chronological one too.

Thanks for the wish, I am just going to celebrate the calendar this time since it will be the last time I can say I am still a teenager...……...lol Of course, it is very hard to hide the crow feet around the eyes, etc, …….lol

Thank you so much for this sweet greeting with the perfect motif! Many years ago I had 4 cats and a feisty little Shih Tzu. When they and my husband were living, he would get cards from each of them and write me little notes as if they were talking. I choose to believe they will have a special 19th party for me tomorrow in Heaven as this will be the last time I will be a teenager...….lol. And, yes, after 20 months of finding my way without my dear husband, I still have sad days, but, try to not dwell on the things I can't change. So thank you ALL for the warm wishes! I am truly blessed to belong to this group with so many lovely people who care so much for each other!
