Made a quilt i call Girl-Talk. Used a fabric from a frock rthat i think was my mothers, but only have photos with her sister wearing this rock. Also used for the wings fabric from my mothers weddingdress. My parents got married in 1950. Also made a bag with a wallet with some money inside. my mother had emfisem and was very ill. Every time she wanted to go to town she had her bag prepared with a wallet with money and her medicin. She had one black, one beige one White and one red. Each one prepared with what she neede. She only had to grab a bag that was in a color of the dress she wre that day. The quilt I hang together with My Lady Goodiva quilt until i find the right place to put them. The old foto my aunt Nellie and me. one when I was one year and the other with the shoe 2 years old

Amazing. You did such a great job to incorporate all these items. I was fascinated with the 3D look

It’s good to now be able to see daily something of your mothers. Very creative. I love the old photographs, too. We are quarantined as well and so I started a quilt too. It’s good we have our stashes to work with and also our hobbies. Stay safe and well-Toogie
