The town I live in is busy producing PPE for various different local establishments. The following have been made and distributed, over 300 face shields, over 200 soft face-masks and over 50 pairs of scrubs, along with scrub hats and laundry bags...more to follow.

Currently I am working on a pair of bright orange scrubs so whoever wears them will certainly stand out. We have used up the stock of blue, bottle green and grey polycotton which is why its now orange. Our elder daughter (the Nurse) told us to stay at home so it has been important to me that I am doing something positive that is helping our present situation.

What a wonderful way to contribute. Fabric is getting scarce around here as well. Good thing I have a large stash!! Most fabric now needs to be ordered online. Stay safe!

The fabric I am using has been donated by the Fabric shop in town. Fabric for scrubs all over is getting in short supply. Like many others here I have a large amount of fabric, threads etc which will keep me going

I am so proud of you and your town! What a huge help you all are to combatting this virus and keeping people safe. Our county has very low numbers but we are not taking risks. The mayor and county commission are working hard to be sure our folks are taken care of. Last night and this morning they organized and distributed over 40 tons of food to families who need help. I am sure every one of us can tell incredible stories of what their towns, counties, provinces and countries are doing to help during this difficult time.

Good on you Caroline and your township, you are doing such a wonderful job and thanks to your daughter people are getting better. Our doctors and nurses are sacrificing so much of their time, not to mention all the aged care workers, food operators and drivers etc. etc. etc. I could go on and on,m the list is long. Let's pray that this pandemic will be squashed real soon. Love Chris
