By me answering your question it will return to the top of the list for a bit. I have made in the hoop felt food for my grandchildren but it was a while ago and I dont currently remember where but I do remember paying for some of the designs. Have fun as I remember having fun making loads of stuff

Check out Designs by SICK site. They offer hourly and daily free designs, but after a while you'll have quite a few.

Sometimes you can find some nice designs by searching pinterest and they also sell on Etsy. But, for what you want designsbySick is great. As you are adding to your library, remember that all these free ones out there can be pretty lousy designs. The very best way to build your own library is Cute Embroidery. Hello and Welcome to Cute! Best site you will arrive at! For Play Food, I also use RW designs as Play food, just do them in Felt and cut around the food as you usually do. Especially like pancakes and eggs!, Etc... Hugs, Judy...
