It was up a week ago. You can always ask people to vote for it for you or the design is available to buy and its not expensive. None of us know when designs are being offered as free designs so I cannot answer that part of your question, sorry.

Ok. Thank you for the info. I was going to vote but it is just so far down the list and when I pulled it up by 'W' it didn't give me the option. That's perfectly fine. Have a safe day.
