When I log on, I see an “Ellie elephant” that offers a free download.... I have tried and get just jumbled letters and characters. I tried to go to the “contact us” link and get nothing but error messages...how can I reach someone?

I am sorry, but I do not see an "Ellie elephant" when I log on. You are right contact does not work but we will try to help. For right now maybe refreshing the page might help. Hit F5 on your keyboard. If your using your phone I am no help.

If using a phone, it often helps to restart the phone.

I don't see what you mean. Ellie Elephant is a copyrighted design and I'm not accustomed to seeing those here.
