Love my flour sack towels but they are pretty boring unless some stitching has been added. Design is from Cute (September challenge). Ha, ha I just see that I missed some threads. I think a photo will show every mistake.

Very pretty. Love the light blue design and always a fan of gingham. What stabilizer did you use on the towel, wash a way or tear? I have plenty towels I should dress up. Do you leave the towels whole or cut them a smaller size?

I used wash-a-way and bobbin thread the same color. Now both sides look the same. In this case I did not cut them smaller. What you see is 1/3rd of the size.

What a pretty towel! I love flour sack towels and have a stash of them in our travel trailer. They are so absorbent and take up so little space. Perfect for RVs.

I have had some fancy looking kitchen towels and they would not absorb anything. Love the flour sack the best.
