Amazing how much is stuffed into a simple measuring tape, isn't it. I figure when I stop learning, I will be dead. So keep on teaching us new thing things.

Be sure to count how many slashes there are between each inch line. I have a ruler that is divided by 20ths--not 16ths! Sometimes that method of inches plus or minus lines IS appropriate.
