Day 18 - success. I have completed, for the next three minutes, opening all the zip files in my embroidery files. Despite the computer going in the shop, despite the pandemic, despite lots of things. I am basking in this momentary sense of accomplishment. Next - a complete backup! I started collecting designs 11 years ago. Don't let yourself get 8 years behind in opening zips. (I'm laughing at myself.) The biggest design donors were Liane Stitch, Madwoman of Locke Street, Embroidery Library.

Good for you! I'm about a year behind and in need of completing a back-up.

I know the feeling, have just sorted my Embroidery Library folder, never realised that I had so many designs and sets. Liane Stitch is one of my favourites also. Now all you have to do is keep up the good work. Do take some time out for sewing these lovely designs, and congratulations on a job well done.

I am trying my hardest to keep mine filed and backed up. I know it is easy to fall behind in doing this. Glad you are making headways with yours. Hugs

Those are good designs there. I am not so far backed up but we may use similar methods.
