Could you be a little more detailed. I do not understand the +fil. Is there a certain design you are trying to get?

Venika, I'm not sure what software Ms. Veronica digitizes in, but lots of the programs do not offer the JEF Plus file format yet. I was told the regular JEF format will run on the new Janome machines. But, go ahead and grab the JEF+ format when you do see it. They are gradually changing over.
