I made some new decorations for my tree. These are made in two parts and slide together so they will be easy to store. They will easily fit inside a card if you want to mail them. Design is from Ace Points and comes in a set of six.

Oh my! What a gorgeous collection! Did you use a permanent stiff glue or just the wss stiffness!

I used two layers of wss and a layer of tulle and washed very little of the wss away.
Thanks for the info! I couldn't decide if that was organza or something else. The tulle works very well with these.

Those are so beautiful. Curious, how long it takes to stitch one? (not that I am on a time schedule);-)

Stitching time on each half is about 20 minutes.

These are great. Crafter made some too and her dear dog Coco took one outside to play with so I hope yours dont have the same treatment.

Glad that they turned out this time. What was the reason your first 3 fell apart?

Even though I was using a fairly heavy wws the ornament came apart along the edges so I doubled the stabilizer and when the outside ring begin to stitch out I added a layer of tulle. Now they are nice and stable.
The idea of adding tulle is a good one. Glad it solved your problem
