Hi everyone! I haven't posted in years ever since I had my first girl 8 years ago. I have been crafting a bit, but not much embroidery. I've been making a lot of cards. Here's 3 embroidered cards. The designs are from Emblibrary, half off.

Glad to see you back and I love the cards you stitched. Children ( and in my case a puppy) do not leave much time for crafting but the love for it never leaves.

Beautiful! Cards are expensive so if you can make your own and hand write a message that's even better.
Please ask me if I made my children's clothes when they were growing up. I answer I didn't have time! I did make a few things but children do need your attention. Glad to see you here.-Toogie

You've created wonderful and gorgeous cards! I love that shiny lavendar frame too. Is that frame cardboard? Or. a pretty piece of paper? Are there any tips you'd like to share about how to do this? I haven't had very good results stitching cards. I usually end up stitching on fabric and gluing the design on card stock.

Thank you! I bought special paper for this a few years back, and finally got 3 designs the night before and stitched these out. The paper I got is called: Crane's lettra. It's 100% cotton. You also have to use airy designs for cardstock. Regular designs are too dense. The shiny frame is shimmer card stock I used for the card base. So you stitch a design on a piece of suitable card stock, then cut it down to size, then stick it to a card base to hide the ugly back. I used a 5*7 card base.

These are all just lovely - you did a wonderful job of stitching! This is something I have never done (card making). Looks fun to make! I remember your lovely bibs you made - nice to see you back! Hugs, Laura
