Hi Cuties, we were having such a great time today that we only took a couple of pictures. I took some of Mum and her friend Carol, but on her Camera, so I don't have them yet. I'll try and get them soon.

We had beautiful salads that everyone made, I bought a fresh BBQ chicken, ham and turkey this morning from my local shops and came home after Mum's hair appointment and made a lovely Potato bake. There were only 2 pieces left and Amy had them for dinner tonight. I only took a couple of photos, as I said, we were talking too much.

The ladies loved everything I made and were super impressed with my FSL flower fairies that were hanging from my leaf tree. Love Chris

As I said in yesterday's post it was going to be hot and I was right, it was in the high 30's!!!

I'm just re-watching the Da Vinci Code and falling asleep every few minutes, so it's time for bed at 11.00pm! Love Chris

Love your fairy tree. Time to slow down and simply bask in the season. We are still online for church. I'm guessing things are better where you are?

Thanks so much Betsey. Everything in Australia is fine. Restrictions are being lifted everywhere, but they still want us to wear masks in church. I don't mind! Love Chris

Yes, I'm already in the slowing down mode. It feels weird though.
We are taking all the family bar Dana's one (Jasana has her dancing recital on Saturday) up to Coffs Harbour about a 5-6 hour drive away from Saturday till next Tuesday and then on Wednesday Ophelie and Delphi have their end of year festivities at school and finish for the year. Love Chris

Hi Gerry, yes, it was fun and the food was fabulous. Carol (Mum's friend) said it's better than what they get every Wednesday at the local 16footers club. I take Mum there every week for a concert, but at the moment they just go and have a chat and a meal. I don't think the Seniors concert will start till next year some time. Love Chris

I am impressed too with your fairies and that tree. I don't think I have ever seen one like it. Of course, all your planning, decorating and lunch impress me.-lol
I wanted to ask and forgot in the Project post, do you set a table like this for your kids/grands on christmas day? I may have asked before, if so forgive me. I might be getting like my sister, repeat, repeat, repeat.

oh, I have just got the tree out of the attic and we are starting to decorate. My husbands idea, as my hearts not in it.....I have to do it for the others, that may or may not be able to come.....

Hi Toogie, thanks for your lovely comments. Yes, I usually keep the decorations up for our Christmas Day festivities, but this year we are going to Ben and Mia's and so we aren't having lunch here. I'm taking my big Santa bag to Ben's full of goodies. Love Chris
