I am not a USA resident but I do buy from different places throughout the world using PayPal. Problem free.

I dislike having my credit card all over the place. Also I use different ones, depends what discounts they offer. Consequently I only pay through PayPal and they do the conversion. Not much help here

I have a visa gift card and it won’t work outside USA. I forgot exactly what it said when I tried to check out, maybe invalid card.

I am not in the USA but wondered have you tried using it through Paypal?
I use a pre paid Mastercard and have no problem. Paypal do the conversion.
