Finally, finally completed these two tops for the granddaughters. After the hassles of hooping the largest and stitching it out I thought for a long time and eventually floated the smaller top and hey presto it’s all done. Obviously need to use my thinking skills more often.

Those are way cool sweatshirts! I need to get one with pockets. What type of stabilizer did you float it on? The stitchout is perfectly placed!

I put my usual stabiliser of tear away in the frame and tacked a piece of stabiliser where the stitching is. As it’s a fleece backed fabric I didn’t want to cover it all with spray glue or only put a small amount of spray glue onto the small tacked stabiliser. Thanks for your comments
