I made this quilt a few yr ago, but just got it machine quilted, It is crazy patch and machine embroidery red work, the thread is a cotton rather than regular embroidery thread.

Fantastic quilt! I like the openess of the quilting and the the lovely redwork flowers are wonderful! How you folded it to show off the flowers is very clever! This wall is the perfect place to show it off. Nice work!

Beautiful! I have never done a two color quilt but this one and your black and white are very striking. I know you used various shades of red here but still red family. It came out and your quilter did an excellent job as well. I would love to see the whole quilt opened to see how it's all laid out. What size are your embroidery designs?

5x7 at the time this was the largest hoop size I had. The squares are set on point.

O'Wow How beautiful, love everything about it. The way you used the different red tones to outline the flowers to the way you arranged them and the crazy patch with white decorative stitch (which I presume is the different machine stitches. Are the block appliqued onto the background? Wonderful wonderful job.

No they are sew into the quilt, but set on point. Thanks, this is a fun quilt to do I love working with crazy patch , I use the freezer paper method.
