This is one of the pincushions I made for my nieces. Their Mom died when they were 2.5, 5 and 7, and she loved red checked gingham. She had also made things for the girls where each had their color: Red for Maggie, Pink for Betsy and Yellow for Anna. So I used those colors for the buttons. On the back I used my new Embrilliance BX fonts and they were so smooth! I should have made then back design a little smaller... This button flower design came from Em Library, and I've used it lots!
